This complimentary 1-hour live CME webcast will provide primary care clinicians with an update on osteoporosis and bone health. Current screening guidelines, modalities, and current prevention & treatment regimens will be highlighted.

  1. Describe the burden of disease presented by osteoporosis and the clinical sequelae of osteoporotic fractures
  2. Identify patients at high risk of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fracture and select evidence-based screening and diagnostic modalities
  3. Recognize the efficacy, risks, and benefits of established, new, and emerging treatments for osteoporosis
