Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration with at least 30 days or more prior to the conference date (on or before Tuesday, April 23, 2024), you will receive a full refund of the tuition you paid, less a $50 administrative fee. Or, you may opt for a credit for a future conference with the full value of the tuition you paid.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 30 days of the conference date. However, if you do cancel after April 23, 2024, your tuition paid can be applied towards a future PCN destination conference. Please see website for full Cancellation/Refund Policy.
