LODGING / RESERVATIONS
A limited number of sleeping rooms have been secured at the Sonesta Resort. To receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is full, or no later than August 12, 2024, whichever is first. Please contact the hotel to receive specific information on cancellation policies and other information. All lodging arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the participant.
Standard View (Deluxe King or 2 Queens): $224/night
Upgraded rooms (Garden View or Ocean View) may be available for an additional fee.
Group rate on “Standard View” rooms will be available 3 days prior and/or 3 days following the meeting dates, subject to rate availability at the time of request.
There is a resort fee of $20 per room/night (reduced from $30). Group rates and resort fees shown do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 11%) and $3 destination fee.

- Unlimited access to gated Shipyard community
- Basic high-speed wired and wireless internet package for up to 5 devices in sleeping room
- Transportation to and from Shipyard Golf Course
- 2 complimentary bottles of water daily, upon request

After you register for the conference, you’ll receive an emailed confirmation with a reservation link and/or phone number with group code to book your sleeping room.
